Good product arrived slightly damaged

The tea seat comes in a little box which sadly arrived bashed in on one side and the little paper bag which holds the biscuits also came all crunched up. It was a gift and I didn’t have time to exchange. With maileg products I expect to keep the box so this was very disappointing.
