We hope you love your purchases but if for some reason you would like to return anything to us we can offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us at hello@evaandroseboutique.com quoting your order number and we will happily help you with your return.

Items will need to be returned unopened/unused in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note we are a small, independent business and therefore cannot cover the postage cost of your returns or refund the original postage paid.

Please also ensure that you return your items safely (we recommend recorded delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that get lost on their way back to us.

We ship worldwide. All items are dispatched from the UK within 1 to 2 working days (if it’s longer to dispatch we will let you know).

Standard Delivery (My Hermes – tracked and signed for – typically 2-3 days) is weight based and starts from £3.50

For parcels up to 2kg we offer Royal Mail 1st Class Next working day delivery (orders before 10am Monday -Thursday) tracked and signed starts at £6.50

Europe

Standard Delivery £12.95 (My Hermes – tracked and signed for – typically 3-5 days)
